Looking for a more intimate setting? We can come to you. Schedule a private tasting for up to 8 people at your home. We can customize your experience to fit your needs. We offer gourmet hors d'oeuvre along with a variety of carefully selected bourbons to try out.

Steven J. Schulz

Bourbon Consultant

Steven is a bourbon connoisseur that specializes in bourbon consulting, bourbon tastings, and the Kentucky and Tennessee Bourbon Trails.


Steve was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. Throughout his career, Steve has traveled extensively. He met his wife in North Carolina and now they call Fort Myers their home since 2009. 


In 2013, Steve went on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and has been a bourbon enthusiast ever since. In 2016, Steve started collecting bourbon and now has over 380 bourbons. Steve has thoroughly traveled the Kentucky and Tennessee bourbon trails and has extensive knowledge about the distilleries and fine bourbons. Steve brings to the table years of experience and a passion to help people discover the world of exquisite bourbon.
